They can magically motivate and recharge you for the day ahead.
Nurturing your soul is another vital part of self-care. Paying attention to your soul is a great way to truly thrive and get away from the mental fog that is burning you. There is a simple thing that you should do to fuel your spiritual health. Try practicing some gratitude. Thank yourself for being resilient to life’s ups and downs.
